Supervision approach
My supervision approach is supportive, collaborative, and student-centred. I aim to create a positive and open environment where supervisees feel confident developing their ideas and taking ownership of their development. I encourage regular communication and offer structured guidance to help supervisees stay on track, while also promoting critical thinking and independence. My role is to challenge and support supervisees in equal measure, helping them grow as practitioners throughout the supervision process.
